Streaming Revenue & Stream Limit
This lease grants the artist (the lease buyer) the right to retain 100% of the revenue generated from their released music using the licensed beat until the music reaches a combined total of 1,000,000 streams across all streaming platforms.
The 1,000,000-stream limit is cumulative and includes, but is not limited to, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer, Pandora, SoundCloud, and all other digital streaming services.
Once the combined total of 1,000,000 streams has been reached, all rights granted under this lease automatically terminate and revert to the producer. Continued commercial use of the beat beyond this limit requires the artist to negotiate and obtain a new license from the producer.
